Job Requirements:- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (day and night), up to 20 consecutive days followed by 10 days off, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to travel, including out-of-state assignments when local work is unavailable.

Identify and address potential hazards and unsafe practices promptly. - Policy Compliance:
Understand and follow Timberline Drilling Inc. policies and procedures diligently. - Leadership:
Lead and coordinate with contractors and drill crews for safe and efficient drilling operations. - Equipment Operation:
Operate underground and surface core drills with a focus on safety and efficiency. - Crew Training:
Provide leadership and training on drilling and sampling processes to ensure safe and effective operations. - Client
Collaboration:
Work with client teams to prevent scheduling conflicts between drilling activities and production. - Supply Management:
Ensure timely availability of drill supplies to support program requirements. - Vehicle Operation:
Drive four-wheel drive light vehicles in various conditions, including wet, icy, and unimproved roads. - Safety Compliance:
Conduct and document regular drill inspections and safety meetings in line with MSHA regulations and client safety guidelines. - Sample Processing:
Oversee and participate in the shipment of samples from the drill site, ensuring accurate documentation and secure transport. - Document Management:
Assist with the accuracy and completeness of drill-related documents. - Communication:
Effectively communicate drill-related activities and issues with supervisors and other teams. - Troubleshooting:
Utilize experience to identify and resolve down-hole drilling issues. - Surveying:
Ensure accurate drill hole surveys upon completion of each drilling project.
- Ability to hear warning alarms and phone conversations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting safety data sheets, warning signs, and gauges.
- Capable of walking on uneven terrain and climbing stairs or ladders.
- Comfortable wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats and steel-toe shoes.
- Able to operate light vehicles and drilling equipment safely.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math skills for calculations.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts in extreme weather conditions.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and be authorized to work in the United States.
