Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Crushing & Conveying Operator with our Cortez Site Services department.

Responsibilities:

* Safely and effectively perform maintenance on industrial, commercial and residential facilities.

* Safely and effectively perform facility repair and remodeling.

* Safely and effectively perform concrete flat work, tile, drywall, painting and welding.

* Safely and effectively operate excavation equipment and tools.

* Safely and effectively perform roof repairs.

* Safely and effectively perform door and lockset repairs.

* Work closely with HVAC and plumbing technicians to perform needed replacement and repairs.

* Accurately read blueprints for facilities.

Qualifications:

* High School diploma or GED preferred.

* Excavation equipment experience preferred.

* 2 years previous construction and maintenance experience is preferred.

* Valid drivers' license is required.

* 4 years Mining experience is preferred.

* Overhead door repair experience preferred.

* Ability to lift and carry at least 90 pounds required.

* Perform job responsibilities with integrity under minimal to no supervision required.

* Proven attention to detail with a high level of accuracy required.

* Excellent organizational, time management skills required.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently required.

* Demonstrated well-developed interpersonal skills, with a courteous and pleasant customer service focus required.

* Excellent verbal, written, and radio communication skills required.

* Capability to multi-task, self-manage and self-motivate required.

* Demonstrated good attendance and performance records with the ability to maintain these same standards required.

* Willingness to work weekends and possible overtime required.

* Willingness to work in inclement weather conditions required.

* The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.
