Join Our Team as a Key Account Representative  Account Representative role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring project and product success, and deepening customer relationships within the NGM key account. The work involves driving toward results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of others, both internal and external to Epiroc. While the job requires strong initiative and self-direction, results are only achieved with and through people.

A sincere appreciation for people and how they are each uniquely motivated is the foundation for designing and implementing interactive communication and decision-making processes. Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding how their individual needs and motivations link to goals is essential.

The job requires a high degree of selling of Epiroc's products and services to NGM. The job environment is fast paced and results oriented. While there is urgency to goal achievement, responsibility for the achievement of results needs to be shared and effectively delegated when necessary. Initiating projects and processes beyond established organization practices will often require training and developing others, and enlisting their support by using a selling rather than telling communication style.

A self-confident, extroverted style that can enliven, engage and positively impact individuals and groups is essential. The job has a variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing. Because goals and desired results can quickly change, the job requires regularly meeting and pro-actively establishing relationships with new groups. The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt to the changing organization environment is a critical key to success.

The NGM account is dynamic and demanding, and market conditions can sometimes lead to quickly changing goals and desired results. Regular meetings with Business Line Managers, The NGM Key Account Manager, and other Account Representatives on the NGM Key Account Team to ensure alignment of these goals and desired results will be necessary. Poise and an engaging, empathetic communication style based on natural warmth and enthusiasm is the key to achieving the goals of this job.

The location for the Account Representative role will be NGM Mines, Elko area, NV

The Role
  • Achieve customer share, profitability, and revenue growth targets within the NGM Key Account
  • Align customer's goals and objectives with Epiroc's products and services by earning trusted advisor status with key customer contacts and teams
  • Take the lead in ensuring that products and projects on site achieve their targeted and desired results
  • Support the ongoing refinement and execution of Epiroc USA's Go-To-Market strategy by aligning and collaborating with business line managers, product and application specialists and other salespersons and leaders within Epiroc
