- Must work with various cleaning solutions, safely use sharp tools, and operate certain equipment.

- Meat work experience or similar experience in food preparation.
- Past work record reflects dependability and integrity.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employment practices, safety, and food handling.
- Experience with tasks such as cutting, grinding, slicing, preparing, processing, trimming, tenderizing, sealing, packaging, wrapping, bagging, pricing, prefabricating, dating, labeling, scaling, merchandising, selling, and serving customers.
- Ability to keep department temperature logs accurately updated and maintained.
- Skill in stocking and displaying meat items safely and in accordance with company standards secondaires.
- Experience in checking product quality; ensuring it is rotated properly and fresh.
- Ability to maintain clean and well‑organized sales areas, back rooms, coolers.
- Organizational skills to keep carts, tools, and supplies in designated areas.
- Commitment to keeping floors clean, safe and free from clutter.
- Strong customer and associate relations skills.
- Strong communication skills with customers and fellow associates.
- Ability to unload trucks, sort orders, and place items in the proper cooler location.
- Proficiency in washing and sanitizing equipment per company and health department policies.
- Friendly and welcoming customer interactions.
- Prompt, tactful, calm, courteous and professional in all interactions.
- Adherence to company policies, especially regarding harassment and discrimination.
- Ability to work cooperatively in high‑paced and stressful environments.
