• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient knowledge of general retail practices.
• Retail store management or relevant experience.
• Strong teamwork and motivation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate directions.
• Mentoring and training experience.
• Flexible schedule availability (holidays, nights, weekends, extended hours).
• Basic computer skills.

• Lift up to 40 lbs. regularly and use safe lifting techniques.
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and pushing required.
• Mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Knowledgeable in general retail practices and procedures.
• Team player with energy and enthusiasm.
• Manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
• Training associates on selling and operational processes.
