• Provide nursing and clinical care to a variety of species, including large and small animals, birds, and exotics.
• Support diagnostics (cytology, radiology, ultrasound) and surgical procedures including anesthesia monitoring, intubation, and post‑operative care.
• Perform dental procedures such as scaling, polishing, extractions, and suturing.
• Maintain animal handling and restraint techniques for a range of species.
• Execute laboratory functions and assist in data interpretation.
• Assist with clinic operations and patient communication as required.
• Additional duties as allowed by law and specific to the Licensed Veterinary Technician role.

• Licensed Veterinary Technician in Nevada or able to obtain a state license within 3 months of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of veterinary clinical experience (technician or assistant).
• Degree from an AVMA‑accredited Veterinary Technology program preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of industry tools and equipment.
• Experience with IV catheter placement, urinary catheterisation, casts, bandages and splints.
• Skilled in anesthesia monitoring, surgical support, and hospital or ranch nursing care.
• Proficiency in dental procedures and laboratory techniques.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and understanding of animal behaviour.
• Willingness to handle a variety of species and work flexible schedules, including weekend coverage and on‑call duties.

• Salary: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour, based on experience, education, certifications, licensure, and location.
• Full‑time:
  Four 10‑hour shifts per week, primarily weekdays with rotating weekend support.
• Part‑time:
  Flexible scheduling, including weekend coverage.
• On‑call:
  Rotating after‑hours and on‑call scheduling.
