Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery to join our Women's Services team. This position involves providing comprehensive care to expectant mothers and newborns throughout the labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor and delivery processes, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients.
• Provide postpartum and nursery care for newborns and mothers.
• Conduct OB triage and nonstress tests as needed.
• Support patients experiencing pre-eclampsia, eclampsia, and hypertensive crises.
• Perform fetal monitoring and necessary interventions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
• Current BLS and NRP certifications are required.
• ACLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
• PALS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Knowledge of fetal monitoring and intervention techniques.
