The Senior Service Manager is responsible for leading profitable growth and operational excellence within Epiroc USA’s Parts and Service Division. This role safeguards company assets while strengthening our reputation as a best‑in‑class provider of parts, service, and consumables support. Success requires visible, motivating leadership that drives results through people, builds strong customer partnerships, and fosters a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The work environment includes a combination of office‑based work and time spent in industrial, manufacturing, or field settings. The role may involve working near moving mechanical parts and exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and outdoor weather conditions. The position requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds, and is occasionally required to lift up to and in excess of 100 pounds.

Primary Responsibilities:- Lead service center operations with full accountability for financial performance, including Profit & Loss oversight and participation in business planning.
- Develop and execute business strategies and territory priorities to drive sustainable growth across targeted market segments and expand service capabilities.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing team members by managing the full employee lifecycle, building succession plans, and fostering a collaborative, team‑oriented culture.
- Establish clear roles, performance expectations, and measurable goals for direct reports, delegating authority appropriately while maintaining accountability for results.
- Collaborate with Capital Sales, business line leaders, and cross‑functional teams to align priorities, support sales initiatives, and strengthen overall territory performance.
