Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Underground Frontline Supervisor at our Carlin Underground Projects operations. As part of the Carlin Underground Projects team, the ideal candidate will have proven knowledge of underground hard rock mining.

• Prioritize and assign personnel as jobs require
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment performs as desired
• Coordinate with engineering to ensure compliance with mine plans
• Develop and train employees to standards for safe and efficient equipment operation
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum of six (6) years of underground mine related experience
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience at a supervisory level
• Proven knowledge of underground hard rock mining
• Experience in an environment involving planning/scheduling of maintenance work preferred
• Excellent communication skills with ability to supervise and direct underground teams
• Excellent safety and performance record
• The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role
