Process Maintenance General Foreman - Elko, NV (Maintenance)

We are seeking a hardworking, experienced professional who will be responsible for managing and executing multi‑disciplinary projects as well as establishing a professional working team environment. This is a non‑exempt, hourly position, reporting directly to the Process Maintenance Regional Manager. The position is based in Elko, Nevada and candidates must be willing to relocate to Elko as a condition of employment.

• Willingness to work a variety of schedules, including day or night shifts.
• Ability to safely lift 75‑100 lbs. frequently using proper lifting techniques.
• Perform necessary work permits (including confined space procedures), operate monitoring equipment and handle related paperwork and reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of documents required to enter mine sites.
• Organize 5000‑23s for all sites (hazard and site specific, annual refresher, badges) and make them available on demand.
• Initiate and participate in training activities within the group.
• Complete job walks and provide accurate job quotes.
• Knowledge and understanding of DOT regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license required upon hire and as a condition of continued employment.
• Meet minimum insurance eligibility to drive company vehicles.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft platform (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to develop and sustain positive working relationships with all personnel.
• Good communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
• Problem‑solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work in various industrial settings, including shop, mining, and construction environments, which may include exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity, moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, toxic chemicals, fumes or airborne particles.
• While performing duties, you will be required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs and ladders, work on elevated platforms, and maintain verbal, hearing and visual communication.
