Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)

PRN (as needed) role filling in for full‑time and part‑time staff.

• High School diploma preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant in state of practice; BLS required;
  Handle with Care preferred.
• Under the supervision of an RN or LPN, performs basic patient care activities. Reports to the Director or Manager of Department.
• Exposure to blood borne pathogens present for all employees.
• Physical requirements:
  
  frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, repetitive hand/arm movements, exposure to biological and chemical hazards.

• Perform basic patient care activities in accordance with scope and standards of practice.
• Assist with patient populations: neonate, infant, early childhood, late childhood, adolescent, young adult, middle adult, older adult.
• Access and maintain protected health information: demographics, clinical, insurance, financial, complete medical record.

• Shift differential.
