Location
Kiev – This will be a local long‑term position based in Kyiv.
Role OverviewDeputy Chief – Contract – Full‑time.
Core Responsibilities- Support the Chief of Party (COP) in implementing the strategic vision by managing and leading all aspects of finance and operations.
- Provide leadership and support during start‑up and close‑out, including project office set‑up, operations and logistics, and other administrative tasks.
- Act as a member of the leadership team to communicate and collaborate effectively, ensuring that all aspects of Finance & Operations support the team.
