The Maintenance Person is responsible for providing maintenance to the property as required, through project assignments or work orders.

• Completes work orders as they come in for issues on property relating to building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, pool maintenance, and electrical issues.
• Interacts professionally with guests.
• Responds to emergencies as requested.
• Coordinates work with other maintenance personnel.
• May perform a variety of maintenance tasks, depending upon experience and level of certification.
• Prepares records related to the work performed and materials and supplies used.
• Complies with all safety requirements as outlined by OSHA.
• Must be able to wear a mask while working.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Regular attendance required.

High School diploma or equivalent required. One to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be able to obtain any required State, County and/or Local licenses/registration, if applicable. OSHA Certification required.

Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Basic computer knowledge preferred.

Target Salary Range: $22/hr
