We are currently seeking a responsible and reliable Counter Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our customers in finding the right auto parts for their vehicles, while ensuring excellent customer service.

Pay Rate: $13.80

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right auto parts for their vehicles
• Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, and providing information on products
• Assist both retail and wholesale customers in person, by phone, and through online ordering
• Handle cash, credit card, and other purchasing transactions
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with other team members to meet sales targets and provide support as needed
• Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and changes in automotive technology
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Other tasks as assigned

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience in an auto parts store or automotive industry or hobby/DIY world preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using smartphones or tablets for navigation and communication
