Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Elkins, West Virginia. Start date 02/02/2026. Flexible duration measured in weeks. Weekly pay range $1,062-$1,119 with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. Housing assistance and a supportive 24/7 travel infrastructure are in place to help you thrive.
In this role you will partner with compassionate teams to deliver hands-on care, advocate for residents’ comfort, and support families with respect and empathy. You will administer medications, perform routine assessments, assist with activities of daily living, support wound care and skin integrity, monitor vitals, and contribute to restorative therapies to preserve independence. You’ll collaborate with Registered Nurses and other clinicians to implement care plans, document changes accurately, and elevate comfort and quality of life for each resident you serve.

Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care to residents in long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and monitor health status.
- Perform routine and complex procedures under physician and RN supervision.
- Document changes accurately in electronic health records.
- Plan and execute individualized care plans; coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Guide Certified Nursing Assistants and other support staff to maintain safe, dignified, and comfortable living environments.
- Support wound care, skin integrity, and restorative therapies; monitor vitals; participate in geriatric assessment and chronic disease management as applicable.
- Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care (LPN) in West Virginia.
- Experience in long-term care settings; ability to collaborate with RNs and other clinicians.
- Strong documentation, safety, and patient-centered care practices.
- Willingness to participate in travel program with potential assignments in other locations; adaptability.
