Installer - Level Countertops, Cabinets & Flooring

Description

The Installer is responsible for the professional, high-quality installation of countertops, cabinetry, flooring, trim, and related components at residential and commercial job sites. This role ensures all products are installed according to design specifications, meet Level’s quality standards, and deliver a flawless final experience for clients. Installers work closely with Project Managers, Shop Leads, and customers to complete each project with precision, craftsmanship, and exceptional service.

• Counter top, Cabinet & Flooring Installation:
  Install cabinetry, countertops, flooring, trim, hardware, panels, and custom millwork on‑site according to approved drawings and design specifications. Ensure proper alignment, leveling, spacing, fastening, and finish quality across all install categories. Perform custom adjustments, scribing, and modifications needed for a perfect fit.
• Collaboration & Problem‑Solving:
  Work closely with Project Managers to address install challenges, site conditions, or design discrepancies. Communicate issues promptly and recommend solutions that maintain quality and project timelines. Coordinate with other trades on‑site to ensure smooth installation workflow.
• Quality Assurance:
  Inspect all installed products — countertops, cabinets, and flooring — to ensure fit, finish, and functionality meet Level’s expectations. Perform final adjustments, touch‑ups, and quality checks before client review. Maintain workmanship standards that reflect Level’s commitment to excellence.

  Provide professional, courteous client walkthroughs at the end of installation. Make small adjustments or corrections on the spot to ensure complete client satisfaction. Represent Level with professionalism, respect, and clear communication while in client homes or businesses.
• Site Safety & Housekeeping:
  Maintain a clean and organized work area during counter top, cabinet, and flooring installations. Follow all safety protocols and operate tools/equipment responsibly. Protect client property with proper coverings, padding, and precautions.

• Strong background in cabinetry installation, counter top installation, flooring installation, finish carpentry, or similar trade.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute from shop drawings, plans, and material lists.
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, fasteners, adhesives, and specialty installation equipment.
• Strong understanding of measurement accuracy, layout, and installation sequencing.
