• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols with precision
• Weld metal parts using MIG, TIG, or Stick (primarily steel and aluminum)
• Set up and operate welding machines safely and efficiently
• Inspect your work to ensure it meets the highest quality standards
• Use grinders, cutting torches, and other tools as needed
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Work with teammates to meet production goals

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of welding experience
• Skilled in MIG welding (TIG and Stick are a plus)
• Ability to read blueprints and accurately use measuring tools
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality

• AWS Welding Certification
• Experience with heavy equipment or structural welding
• Forklift or crane experience
