What You'll Do

• Partner with the GM and other professionals to grow the electrical line of business
• Manage the department budget
• Lead and supervise a team of residential electricians
• Monitor job flow, scheduling, and service quality
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
• Manage inventory, tools, fleet, and warehouse operations
• Support electricians with training, guidance, and inspections
• Serve customers with prompt responsiveness and integrity
• Communicate with customers and resolve service issues
• Oversee performance reviews, scheduling, and payroll approvals
• Champion company values and foster a positive team culture

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Master Electrician License (required)
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable motor vehicle report (Required)
• 3+ years of management experience in the electrical or construction field, preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices
