** is looking for a
* safety conscious
* ** Maintenance Helper
** to join the team at our recycling facility in
** Elkhart, Indiana.
** Our mechanic helper will perform repairs and preventative maintenance services and repairs on our equipment.

Schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as required for operational needs.
*
* Duties & Responsibilities:

*** Performs repairs (including electrical and hydraulic systems) and assigned preventive maintenance services.
* Utilizes vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes to initiate or assign repairs.
* Conducts safety checks on vehicles and equipment.
* Completes required paperwork utilizing fleet maintenance software program associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times.
* Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards.
* Will be working on the industrial machinery and other equipment as needed.
* Other duties as assigned
** Pay
- ** This position pays $22.00 per hour.
** Requirements –
*** Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
* Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
* First shift position but must be able to cover 2nd shift as needed.
* Maintenance experience a huge plus!
