• Deliver exceptional customer service and assistance to all visitors, employees, and vendors
• Manage access control for authorized personnel and guests
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of activities, visitors, and packages
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to deter theft and ensure safety
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, documenting and reporting all findings
• Perform additional duties as assigned by site management or ISM leadership

• Minimum 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Capable of performing physical duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, patrolling on foot, climbing stairs, and working in varied weather conditions
• Overnight and weekend availability strongly preferred
• Prior experience in a security, law enforcement, or safety role a plus
