As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in providing our wholesale customers with a courteous, prompt, and professional experience that reflects the core values of Paul
B. Zimmerman, Inc. Your primary responsibility will be to visit our wholesale customers at their locations across Indiana and surrounding states, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that values integrity, teamwork, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit wholesale customers at their locations within Indiana and neighboring states to promote products and services
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
- Promote and sell PaulB products, ensuring customers are informed about new offerings and promotions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions
- Travel frequently, including overnight trips, to meet customer needs and expand business opportunities

- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Retail and Industry-related experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
