Bilingual Customer Account Representative at Rent-A-Center

Minimum starting hourly rate: $14.45–$17.00 per hour.

• Provide friendly, top‑notch customer service through “white glove” service in stores and at customers’ homes, and obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Deliver and pick up products, safely loading/unloading and installing items while following handling and transportation procedures, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.
• Maintain an inviting store, refurbishing merchandise to like‑new condition, dusting, vacuuming and organizing the showroom.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record – will be driving company vehicles
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics and appliances
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills

Physical Demands: The position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day. You will frequently lift and move heavy items. All employees must adhere to safety guidelines.

Expected Hours of Work: This is a full‑time position with hours from Monday through Saturday, store open‑to‑close. Sundays and one additional weekday are off. Schedules and overtime may change throughout the year.
