We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Quality Assurance Engineering Intern within our Segment Product Quality capability.
This position reports to Lead Segment Product Quality Manager and will work at our Elkhart location.

As a Segment Quality Engineer you will be involved in meaningful work and hands‑on experiences such as quality data analysis, sales RMA data analysis, Amazon returns analysis, product label standardization, and implementation.
Responsibilities- Investigate and evaluate all existing products sold to verify compliance with product label requirements.
- Work with the CWI Dometic product list, engineering, SQE, and suppliers to implement new product label requirements.
- Complete the vendor approval process (PPAP) for these changes.
- Monitor the Amazon Return Portal daily and weekly, reporting findings to Segment Quality.
- Evaluate and analyze Sales RMA returns and Amazon returns, including final disposition of claims; coordinate with quality groups as needed; test and inspect finished products returned.
- Assist the Engineering department with special requests such as testing or repairing items to regain functionality.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Provide input and assistance in warranty analysis activities performed by the Segment Quality‑Engineering team.
- Enter data into computer systems for analysis and database updates.

The Ideal Candidate- Must be a current student or recent graduate; minimum of a rising sophomore level.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Failure Mode Analysis.
- Quality certifications (preferred).
- Data analysis experience (preferred).
- Ability to analyze warranty issues using quality tools such as 8D and 5 Why.
- Self‑starter who works well independently.
- A passion for quality engineering.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication across a global organization.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves, adapt, and grow.
