** Requirements:*
* + Must have an active LPN license.

** Duties:*
* + Ensure accuracy of intake forms

+ Vitals

+ Greeting patients

+ Explain after care instructions.

+ Creating a warm and comforting environment for patients

** Pay Details:**  $26.00 to $29.50 per hour
