Shift Details: Mon-Fri — four 8-hr shifts per week, 8a-4:30p.

Reports to Director. Applies the nursing process utilizing Relationship Based Care framework. Establishes strong patient-family relationships. Collaborates with other professional, clinical and ancillary staff in providing quality care to patients. Displays strong teamwork. • Plan care which includes goals and prioritized nursing approaches/measures derived from the nursing diagnosis.
