We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a fast‑paced, supportive, and tight‑knit clinical team in Elkhart, Indiana
. As an Intake Support Specialist
, you will conduct screenings, physicals, and clinical assessments for potential donors to ensure eligibility and compliance.
This role is ideal for nurses who value clinical consistency, predictable workflows, and teamwork
—without the physical strain or intensity of acute care or bedside nursing.
- Full‑Time | 5x8-hour shifts
- Facility open 7 days per week
- Rotation through open, mid, and close shifts
- One weekend fully off
The Intake Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring donor safety and eligibility through standardized assessments and screenings. The environment is busy but organized
, with strong peer collaboration and minimal physical demands.
- Conduct donor eligibility screenings and physical assessments
- Obtain height, weight, and vital signs
- Perform finger‑stick testing for hematocrit and protein levels
- Complete basic clinical assessment tasks
- Collaborate closely with a team of 5–8 nurses per shift
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
❌ No venipuncture required (cross‑training opportunities available)
Compensation💲
RN: Starting at $31.50/hour
🎉 $2,500 Sign‑On Bonus with a 2‑year commitment
- 100% repayment if leaving within the first year
- 50% repayment if leaving after one year
