• Assisting with the coordination and supervision of quality nursing care services for assigned residents that reflect the facility’s philosophy
• Promoting the individual independence of residents served
• Assuring that resident or family concerns and complaints are handled
• Promoting a positive work environment

• Current license as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in Indiana
• Ability to read, write, and make simple mathematical calculations
• Experience in long-term care or public health nursing, or equivalent experience in a hospital, retirement community, or nursing facility preferred
• Ability to remain stationary 50-100%; position self to exert 10-30lbs of force or to move objects
