Manufacturing Associate – (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Newton/Conover area
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18–$24 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join a growing production team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours, competitive pay, and the potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical assembly work according to basic mechanical drawings and instructions
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Forklift proficient
• Assist with painting, finishing, and surface preparation as needed
• Package, crate, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related hands-on role preferred
• Ability to read and understand basic mechanical drawings
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
