Wearhouse Associate – responsible for organizing and managing inventory, following safety and maintenance procedures, verifying components, and recording work order information. Willingness to cross‑train and assist other departments based on business needs.

• Pay: $16.25 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Full‑time, 40 hours per week
• Overtime available

• Follow standard work procedures and job expectations under supervision.
• Participate in improvement activities and support problem‑solving efforts.
• Operate equipment as trained and follow safety protocols at all times.
• Understand machine operation requirements to avoid negative impact on production.
• Support department goals related to capacity, volume, and customer satisfaction.
• Learn how operations contribute to data, technology, and organizational performance.
• Follow defined reaction plans to prevent injury or product damage.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure compliance with customer and safety requirements.
• Identify and help prevent potential hazards in the work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced operational setting.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Ability to follow instructions and develop new skills with guidance.
