State Wide Windows is looking to fill full-time 1st shift positions for our Weld Shop in Elkhart, IN. These positions are scheduled:
Monday–Thursday 5:00 am – 3:30 pm with mandatory overtime including Fridays & Saturdays if necessary.

A Manufacturing Production Labor Worker will perform various basic and skilled Manufacturing Production Labor tasks and processes to achieve a finished product. The tasks will vary depending on the position in the line.

• These positions are very active and require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching
• Must be able to be to work on time and ready to work
• Must be able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Must use the assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as:
  Safety Glasses, ear plugs, and cut resistant safety gloves
