Job Description
Job Title: CNC Machinist
Location: Elkhart, IN
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (with possible OT)
Pay: $20.00 (Based on experience)
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for a full-time production role. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of CNC Mills and lathes
, experience using calipers and micrometers (down to .0001), and the ability to read blueprints
. A stable work history is required, as we are looking for a long-term team member.
- Set up and operate CNC Mills and lathes
- Ensure precision using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Proven CNC Machinist experience
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
- Ability to stand for 8‑hour shifts and lift 40 lbs
- Full‑time availability with potential overtime
