Production Technician (Rear Flex)

: 1st (6:00am – 2:30pm)
Pay
: $18.00/hour

Position Summary
:
The Production Technician is responsible for safely producing Min-K flex sheets and meeting high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
:

• Meet production and quality goals
• Operate machinery and tools
• Maintain a clean work area
• Cross-train in roles like mix operator, fill operator, cut & sew, and press operator
• Report equipment issues and product defects
• Roles include but are not limited to: mix operator, fill operator, cut & sew, spread and press operator, or any other function necessary to meet production needs.

Requirements
:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Basic math skills and ability to use measuring devices

Physical Demands
:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs )
• Dusty environment near mechanical parts and lift trucks
• PPE required (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses)
