We are seeking Operators to fill positions on both 1st and 2nd Shift; one year of previous manufacturing experience is preferred. Applicants must be eager to learn new skills, interested in contributing to a team-oriented environment, be attentive to detail and be consistently productive and efficient. Starting hourly base payrate for an operator position is $18.56, with an additional shift differential for 2nd Shift employees.

This position is a full‑time non‑exempt position with a minimum of 40 hours a week.

• Motivated team player, self‑starter and willingness to learn

• Clearing wheels from various production lines
• Tagging skids
• Performing visual inspections of wheels
• Packing off wheels onto skids or placing onto racks
