We are seeking a Production Manager to lead all manufacturing operations, including fabrication, assembly, maintenance, and shipping. This role is responsible for delivering on-time, high-quality products while ensuring efficient production flow and fostering a culture that reflects the Wait Industries VALUES.

• Lead and manage all manufacturing departments, maintenance, and shipping operations.
• Ensure production schedules are met and products are delivered on time.
• Drive and maintain high-quality standards to meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Oversee staffing, training, and development to build engaged, high-performing teams.
• Monitor and improve production flow, ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve operational performance.
• Champion a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Lead in a way that demonstrates our VALUES every day.

• 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication or similar manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing people in a production setting.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production flow.
• Demonstrated leadership with a track record of motivating and developing people.
• Strong alignment with the Wait Industries VALUES

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
