Director of Facilities & Building Services

Overview

We are seeking a mission‑driven facilities leader to join our team in a Christian, holistic care environment. This role is ideal for someone who values excellence in building operations while supporting an organization committed to serving residents, staff, and visitors with respect, dignity, and compassion.

• Daily operations of Maintenance and Grounds
• Staff development and performance management
• Managing contractors, service agreements, and vendors
• Reviewing construction plans, blueprints, and capital projects
• Oversight of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life‑safety systems
• Budgeting and long‑term capital planning
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA, NFPA, ADA, and CMS Life Safety Code
• Leading safety initiatives and emergency preparedness

• Five or more years of leadership experience in facilities management (healthcare or senior living preferred)
• Strong knowledge of building systems and regulatory requirements
• Experience with CMMS platforms, Microsoft 365, and building automation systems
• Relevant certifications such as CFPS, CHFM, CFM, or PMP preferred
