Responsibilities
  • Performing all required preventive maintenance tasks according to these schedules
  • Makingregular QA rounds of all building areas to observe cleanliness, safety, and working conditions
  • Assigningdaily duties to Environmental Services staff, supervises performance, and maintain an adequate inventory maintenance supplies
  • Follow safety policies and use safe work practices
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1 year of Maintenance experience
  • 1 year Management experience
  • Ability to read, write, and make simple mathematical calculations
  • Ability to be on-call to handle issues that arise at the facility
  • Ability to remain stationary 50-100%; position self to exert 10-30lbs of force or to move objects
