General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational performance, and strategic direction of the facility. This role oversees manufacturing and lean initiatives, production scheduling, quality and process control, inventory, warehouse and procurement, yaklaş ve also provides support for corporate with other areas like accounting, human resources, and product development. • Support HR functions, including hiring, performance management, employee relations, and training

• Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed to support production

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing a manufacturing facility with 100+ employees
• Proven ability to lead multiple departments and manage cross‑functional teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision‑making skills
• Experience managing budgets and operational performance
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement

• 10+ years of experience in managing a facility with 100+ employees
• Experience in wood products, woodworking, cabinetry, or related manufacturing (a plus, but not required)
• Background in lean manufacturing or process improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with quality systems and production metrics

• Strong leadership and people‑management skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively
• Results‑driven with a hands‑on management style
• Problem‑solver with strong analytical skills
