The Shift Manager has the overall responsibility for:
- Ensuring that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s).
- Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance.
- Personally, demonstrating that Customer needs are the highest priority.
- Ensuring food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.
- Resolving Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations.
- Must be available nights and weekends!
- Must be able to lead a team with RESPECT
- Take corrective criticism and always improve
- Serve Safe certified or the ability to take it
