* Travelers are permitted to call off twice per assignment. This policy mirrors the facility's ability to cancel a traveler's shift up to two times without penalty. If a traveler calls off a third time, the unit manager will determine whether they prefer to end the contract early or have Aya provide coaching on attendance expectations.
