Occupational Therapist

Health Care Support is seeking a Registered Occupational Therapist – OTR to fill an opening with growing Senior Living Communities in Elkhart, Indiana!

• Help patients develop, recover, and/or maintain the skills needed for daily living and working.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.
• Guide patients through therapeutic activities that help improve function in daily tasks (e.g., grooming, cooking, handwriting).
• Monday
  - Friday between 7:30 am/8:00 am – 4:00 pm/4:30 pm.

• Graduate of an American Council of Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) accredited school of Occupational therapy.
• Valid State Occupational Therapist license in IN.
• Valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification for Occupational Therapy.

• $42.00/hr - $48.00/hr.
