Overview
QMA Opportunity at Riverside Village! Evenings. As a Qualified Medication Aide, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, QMAs utilize their skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Supportive Presence:
Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents. - Leadership:
Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs. - Collaboration:
Partner with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. - Teamwork:
Work toward the common goal of delivering excellent care for our residents. - Interpersonal Communication:
Support a respectful and positive work environment.
- Successful completion of a state-approved training program in medication administration.
- Indiana QMA license.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
