Responsibilities
  • Performing various resident care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs, hygiene, care, and comfort of the residents
  • Responding to emergency call alerts in accordance with facility policies
  • Documenting, on a daily basis as to resident assistance activities
  • Being flexible in accepting changes in duty and assignment
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to facility safety program at all times
Qualifications
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be certified (QMA)
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to remain stationary 50-100%
  • Ability to exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move objects
