What We Offer
  • Minimum rate of $60,900: LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A
  • Minimum rate of $72,155: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
  • Additional compensation for LCAC

What You'll Do
  • Complete comprehensive assessments including risk and trauma
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence‑based treatment models
  • Join clients and families in developing strengths‑based individualized treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with a multi‑disciplinary team that includes the client, family, referral sources and / or other providers in a culturally competent and trauma‑informed manner
Requirements
  • LSW, LMHC‑A, LMFT‑A required. LAC‑A eligible
  • LCSW, LMFT, LMHC preferred. LCAC highly recommended
  • Additional compensation for LCAC
  • Candidates with or eligible for a temporary license will be considered at a pro‑rated salary
  • Must provide diploma and official transcripts
  • Willingness to set a flexible schedule that includes some evening hours
  • Bilingual clinicians whenever available
  • Enjoy working in a supportive team environment
