Private Duty Aide Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Field-Based/One-On-One Care/Full-Time or Part-Time Day Availability

Elara Caring is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Private Duty team. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one care that truly matters, helping patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.

What We're Looking For

* Active CNA license in the state of application

* Compassionate, positive attitude

* Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

* Strong communication skills

* Reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities

* Provide direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse

* Follow individualized care plans and report changes in patient condition

* Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and ambulation

* Take and record vital signs as required

* Perform safe transfers using assistive devices and mechanical lifts

* Support patients in maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy home environment

* Encourage mobility and prescribed exercise programs

* Respond appropriately to emergency situations

* Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

* Communicate effectively with patients, families, nurses, and care team members

* Adhere to all safety, infection control, and organizational policies

* Attend required training and in-service programs
