As a Care Partner (CNA/HHA), your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living
- Responding to emergency call alerts in accordance with facility policies
- Documenting resident assistance activities daily
- Being flexible with duties and assignments
- Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to safety protocols
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Certification as a CNA or HHA
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain stationary for 50-100% of the time
- Ability to exert 10-30 lbs. of force or move objects
