Physical Therapist (PT) – Part-Time

Revital Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehab team at Woodland Manor, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Elkhart, IN. This flexible role allows you to provide expert therapy services while supporting residents’ recovery and independence on a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
What You’ll Do- Deliver high-quality physical therapy care within your scope of practice, following established clinical standards
- Assist with patient evaluations and develop customized treatment plans with clear short- and long-term goals
- Collaborate closely with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercises and techniques to support ongoing recovery
- Active Physical Therapist license in Indiana
- Current BLS certification
