This role is responsible for working with members to resolve past‑due accounts while maintaining positive relationships and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Contact members regarding delinquent accounts and payment arrangements
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Resolve issues with fairness, consistency, and professionalism
- Prior collections or financial services experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and respect
