Customer Service Greeter (Seasonal) – $14/hr + FREE $400–$700 Tax Return
📍 County Road 6 Location | Elkhart IN (Training in Mishawaka, IN)
📅 Seasonal position through April 15

We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing Greeter to welcome potential clients and help them get connected with our tax professionals. If you enjoy talking with people, helping answer questions, and creating a great first impression, this could be a great fit for you.
This is a great opportunity to gain customer service and office experience while working in a supportive, fast-paced environment during tax season.
Pay & Schedule- $14 per hour
- Full-time seasonal role through April 15
- Flexible availability required
- No early mornings or late evenings
- Closed on Easter
- Greet people who approach the kiosk and welcome them to Jackson Hewitt
- Provide basic information about our services
- Share the scheduling center phone number and help clients make tax appointments
- Answer general questions about the business
- Respond to message chats and emails through Google Suite with Jackson Hewitt Team
- Occasionally answer phones and make outgoing calls
- Help connect clients with the right resources to get their taxes completed
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking with the public
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology
- Ability to respond professionally to chat, email, and phone inquiries
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- FREE tax return preparation ($400–$700 value) - Must be for CURRENT Tax Season and not for next year!
- Great resume-building customer service experience
