The Accounts Receivable Analyst I is an entry-level role responsible for supporting routine accounts receivable operations across plant locations. Core responsibilities include posting invoices, verifying key account data, and responding to basic internal inquiries related to customer transactions. This role plays a foundational part in ensuring billing accuracy and data consistency within the order-to-cash process. The Analyst I follows standardized procedures for document review and system entry and escalates unresolved issues to senior team members.
The position requires attention to detail, process adherence, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency. This role supports smooth AR processing and contributes to timely cash application and customer account maintenance.
