Overview

Varsity Girls Golf Head Coach - Spectrum High School:
Spectrum High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to lead, manage, and mentor our Girls Varsity Golf program as the Head Coach. This is an exciting opportunity to work with motivated student-athletes, build a competitive team, and contribute to the overall development of the program.

• Create a climate that integrates sportsmanship and competitive athletics
• Develop positive sportsmanship, attitudes, and skills in the team
• Develop positive motivation in the team
• Provide a climate to facilitate participant character growth
• Assume responsibility for schedule development or schedule verification with the Activities Director
• Conduct orientation programs for parents, athletes, and coaches
• Communicate effectively with student-athletes and parents
• Develop positive team dynamic and interactions

• Strong knowledge of the sport and understanding of the game
• Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level is preferred.
